Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. New organisations get a 30-day trial with full Growth tier features so you can test Transceve with real recordings from your own programmes before committing.
Are there early adopter discounts?
Yes. Organisations joining before September 2026 benefit from preferential pricing and a direct line to our product development. Get in touch to discuss the details.
Is my organisation's data safe?
Every byte of your data stays in the European Union, on 100% renewable infrastructure. We never use customer data to train models. Our full data protection posture, including our DPIA and Data Processing Agreement, is available on request.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum term. On cancellation you have 30 days to export your data, after which it is securely destroyed with written confirmation.
Do you offer charity discounts?
Our pricing is already set with third sector budgets in mind. We do offer additional discounts for registered charities below a certain income threshold. Get in touch and we'll have a conversation.
